Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a communication to:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging included.

Refund Timing

We will reimburse all payments received within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Cozy Things offers a 60-Day “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may request a refund within 60 days of delivery by contacting customer support.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed once the request has been received and verified, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected by the customer, delivery is refused, or delivery fails for reasons not attributable to Try Cozy Things or the courier, the order will automatically be returned to the sender.

In such cases, the customer will be entitled to a refund for the product amount, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Any additional return-to-sender costs may also be deducted from the refund amount.
